RCW 89.30.547Negotiable bonds of general improvement or divisional district—Sale or exchange price.(1) General improvement or divisional district bonds issued under the provisions of this chapter shall not be sold for less than ninety percent of their par value, and refunding bonds shall not be sold or exchanged for less than their par value.(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1) of this section, such bonds may be sold in accordance with chapter 39.46 RCW.[ 1983 c 167 s 259; 1927 c 254 s 183; RRS s 7402-183.
