RCW 89.30.556Negotiable bonds of general improvement or divisional district—Negotiability—Execution.(1) All general improvement or divisional district bonds issued under the provisions of this chapter shall be negotiable in form, shall be signed by the president of the reclamation district board and secretary of said district and shall have the seal of the district impressed thereon.(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1) of this section, such bonds may be issued in accordance with chapter 39.46 RCW.[ 1983 c 167 s 260; 1927 c 254 s 186; RRS s 7402-186.
