RCW 89.30.613Assessments in general improvement or divisional district—Levy for delinquencies.The board shall also at the time of making the annual levy for any general improvement or divisional district authorized under this chapter, estimate all probable delinquencies on said levy and shall thereupon levy a sufficient amount to cover the same and a further amount to cover any deficit that may have resulted from any delinquent assessments for any preceding year.[ 1927 c 254 s 205; RRS s 7402-205.
