RCW 89.30.628Assessments in general improvement or divisional district—Lien of assessment, when attaches.The assessment upon the real property in any general improvement or divisional district authorized under this chapter, shall be a lien against the property assessed from and after the first day of March in the year in which it is levied but as between a grantor and a grantee such lien shall not attach until the first Monday of February of the succeeding year.[ 1927 c 254 s 210; RRS s 7402-210.
