RCW 89.30.634Assessments in general improvement or divisional district—When assessments due and payable—Delinquency date.The assessments specified in said assessment roll shall become due and payable on the first Monday of February of the year succeeding the equalization of said assessments at the office of each respective county treasurer and said assessments shall become delinquent at five o'clock in the afternoon of the thirty-first day of May thereafter unless fifty percent thereof shall have been paid.[ 1927 c 254 s 212; RRS s 7402-212.
