RCW 89.30.682Delinquency and sale in general improvement and divisional districts—Reclamation district as purchaser.In case there is no purchaser in good faith for the property on the first day that the property is offered for sale and if there is no purchaser in good faith when the property is offered thereafter for sale, the whole amount of the property assessed shall be struck off to the reclamation district as the purchaser, and the duplicate certificate shall be held with the original in the office of the county treasurer.[ 1927 c 254 s 228; RRS s 7402-228.
