RCW 89.30.757Sale of county lands for delinquent assessments.The county treasurer shall have authority to sell lands, owned by the county, for delinquent assessments levied against the same subsequent to the acquisition of said property by the county in the same manner and with the same force and effect as though said property were owned by a private individual.[ 1927 c 254 s 253; RRS s 7402-253.
