RCW 89.30.766Special assessments by general improvement or divisional district—Proposition to be submitted to electors.When it is desired to levy special assessments for any of the purposes for which bonds of the district may be issued, the proposition to levy such special assessments shall be submitted to the electors of the general improvement district or divisional district as the case may be, at an election called for that purpose.[ 1927 c 254 s 256; RRS s 7402-256.
