RCW 89.30.775Special assessments by general improvement or divisional district—Indebtedness authorized.If the majority of the votes cast at such election are 'Assessment—Yes', the board may immediately or at intervals thereafter incur indebtedness to the amount of said special assessment for any of the purposes for which the proceeds of said assessment may be used.[ 1927 c 254 s 259; RRS s 7402-259.
