RCW 9.47A.050Penalty.Any person who violates this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than thirty days, or by both.[ 1969 ex.s. c 149 s 5.]
