RCW 90.40.100Columbia Basin Project—Water appropriated pursuant to RCW 90.40.030—Periodic renewal not required.Any water withdrawn from appropriation pursuant to RCW 90.40.030 associated with the Columbia Basin Project shall continue as withdrawn from appropriation, without need for periodic renewal, until the project is declared completed or abandoned by the United States acting by and through the secretary of the interior or such other duly authorized officer of the United States.[ 1987 c 491 s 1.]
