RCW 90.48.386Department of natural resources leases.After May 15, 1991, the department of natural resources shall include in its leases for onshore and offshore facilities the following provisions:(1) Require those wishing to lease, sublease, or re-lease state-owned aquatic lands to comply with the provisions of this chapter;(2) Require lessees and sublessees to operate according to the plan of operations and to keep the plan current in compliance with this chapter; and(3) Include in its leases provisions that a violation by the lessee or sublessee of the provisions of this chapter may be grounds for termination of the lease.[ 1991 c 200 s 1101.]NOTES:Effective dates—1991 c 200: See RCW 90.56.901.
