RCW 90.50A.070Establishment of policies for loan terms and interest rates.The department shall establish by rule policies for establishing loan terms and interest rates for loans made from the fund that assure that the objectives of this chapter are met and that adequate funds are maintained in the fund to meet future needs.[ 1988 c 284 s 8.]
