RCW 90.54.110Authority to secure and obtain benefits, including grants.The department of ecology is authorized to obtain the benefits including acceptance of grants, of any program of the federal government or any other source to carry out the provisions of this chapter and is empowered to take such actions as are necessary and appropriate to secure such benefits.[ 1971 ex.s. c 225 s 12.]
