RCW 90.56.901Effective dates—1991 c 200.(1) Sections 101 through 429, 501 through 706, 805 through 807, 810 through 817, and 901 through 1118 of this act are necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, or safety, or support of the state government and its existing public institutions, and shall take effect immediately [May 15, 1991].(2) Sections 801 through 804, 808, and 809 of this act shall take effect October 1, 1991.[ 1991 c 200 s 1119.]
