RCW 90.58.920Effective date—1971 ex.s. c 286.This chapter is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, the support of the state government, and its existing institutions. This 1971 act shall take effect on June 1, 1971. The director of ecology is authorized to immediately take such steps as are necessary to insure that this 1971 act is implemented on its effective date.[ 1971 ex.s. c 286 s 41.]
