RCW 91.08.120Eminent domain—Order to acquire or condemn property.Whenever the said board shall desire to condemn and acquire land, or damage lands or property for any purpose authorized by this chapter, said board shall make an order therefor wherein it shall be provided that such land or damages shall be paid for wholly by special assessment upon the property within said waterway district, and the proceeding thereafter shall be as herein specified.[ 1911 c 23 s 10; RRS s 9786.]
