RCW 91.08.240Eminent domain—Damage irrespective of benefits.The compensation to be ascertained by the jury or court shall be irrespective of any benefit from the improvement proposed, and the finding shall state separately the value of land taken from any tract and the damage, if any, to remaining land by reason of the severance.[ 1911 c 23 s 22; RRS s 9798.]
