RCW 91.08.320Assessment procedure—Proof of service of notice.On or before the day fixed for the hearing, the affidavit of one or more of the commissioners shall be filed in said court showing the mailing of the notices above prescribed, and an affidavit of the publisher of the newspaper showing the publication of notice, with a copy of the published notice attached, which affidavit shall be received as prima facie proof of the giving of notice as herein required.[ 1911 c 23 s 30; RRS s 9806.]
