There is hereby established in the State Treasury a special revenue account designated the Treasurers Collateral Administration Fund to be administered by the Treasurer pursuant to the provisions of this article. This fund shall be an interest-bearing fund and shall receive moneys authorized in the article. Moneys in the account shall be used by the Treasurer to pay any fees and costs associated with this article and for such other purposes as authorized by the Legislature.
