(a) The remedies for violations of this article are the same as those available under Titles II and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. 12131-12189.(b) The court shall accord priority on its calendar and expeditiously proceed with an action brought to seek any remedy authorized by law for purposes of enforcing compliance with the provisions of this article.
