A permit issued by the bureau to a medical cannabis organization shall be effective only for that organization and shall specify the following:(1) The name and address of the medical cannabis organization.(2) The activities of the medical cannabis organization permitted under this act.(3) The land, buildings, facilities or location to be used by the medical cannabis organization.(4) Any other information required by the bureau.
