A transportation network company shall maintain the following customer records:(a) Individual trip records of rider customers for at least two years from the date each trip was provided; and(b) Individual records of transportation network company driver customers at least until the two year anniversary of the date on which a transportation network company driver’s customer relationship with the transportation network company has ended.
