The division is hereby authorized to cancel any operator's or chauffeur's license in any of the following events:(1) When the division determines that the licensee was not entitled to the issuance thereof hereunder; or(2) When said licensee failed to give the required or correct information in his application; or(3) When said licensee committed any fraud in making such application; or(4) When the division determines that the required fee has not been paid and the same is not paid upon reasonable notice or demand.
