(a) The legislative rule filed in the state register on February 2, 2001, and modified and refiled on April 3, 2001, relating to the Higher Education Policy Commission (higher education finance policy), is authorized.(b) The legislative rule filed in the state register on November 20, 2001, relating to the Higher Education Policy Commission (higher education report card rule), is authorized.(c) The legislative rule filed in the state register on January 4, 2002, relating to the Higher Education Policy Commission (performance indicators rule), is authorized.
