(a) An organization may contract for supplemental health and welfare benefit plans for any or all of its employees in addition to the benefits the employees otherwise receive.(b) An organization may make additional periodic deductions from the salary payments due employees in the amount they are required to contribute for any supplemental health and welfare plan.
