§ 25-6-3

As used in this article, unless the context clearly requires a different meaning, the term:(a) 'Commissioner' means the commissioner of the Division of Corrections;(b) 'Division' means Division of Corrections; and(c) 'Eligible offender' means eligible offender as defined in section four of this article.
