There is created the State Commission on Intellectual Disability hereinafter referred to as the commission. Pursuant to 5F-2-1(g) of this code, the commission created by this section is now incorporated into and administered as part of the Department of Human Services. All references to the commission in this article shall be construed to mean the Department of Human Services.
