(a) 'State Lottery Commission' or 'commission' means the state Lottery Commission created by this article.(b) 'Director' means the individual appointed by the Governor to provide management and administration necessary to direct the state lottery office.(c) 'Lottery' means the public gaming systems or games established and operated by the state lottery office.(d) 'Lottery tickets' or 'tickets' means tickets or other tangible evidence of participation used in lottery games or gaming systems.
