(a) Nothing in this article shall be construed in any way to modify, amend, or otherwise affect the validity of any provisions regulating charitable bingo and raffles as set forth in articles 47-20-1, et seq., and 47-21-1, et seq., of this code.(b) Nothing contained in this article shall be construed to modify, amend, or otherwise affect the validity of any provisions regulating racetrack video lottery as set forth in article 22A of this chapter.
