TERMINALS AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT.§29-22B-801. Manufacturer seeking approval of terminal must be licensed; prohibition against placement of unapproved terminal.(a) Only licensed manufacturers may apply to the Lottery Commission for approval of a video lottery terminal or associated equipment.(b) A manufacturer may not sell or lease a video lottery terminal for placement in a licensed facility in the state unless the terminal has been approved by the Lottery Commission.
