(a) A minimum of one electronic or mechanical coin acceptor or other means by which to accurately and efficiently establish credits must be installed on each video lottery terminal. Each video lottery terminal may also contain bill acceptors. (b) The Lottery Commission shall approve all coin and bill acceptors prior to use on any video lottery terminal in this state.(c) A video lottery terminal shall not allow more than $5 to be wagered on a single game.
