It shall be unlawful for an officer, director, employee or agent of a banking institution:(a) To maintain or authorize the maintenance of any account of such institution in a manner which, to his knowledge, does not conform to requirements of the provisions of this chapter and any rules and regulations promulgated by the commissioner of banking thereunder; or(b) To obstruct or endeavor to obstruct a lawful examination of such institution by any lawfully authorized officer or employee of any state or federal governmental supervisory department, agency or office.
