§ 33-17a-10

(a) There is no liability on the part of and no cause of action shall arise against the commissioner, any insurer or its authorized representative, or any licensed insurance agent or broker for furnishing information to an insurer as to reasons for a termination or declination, or for any communication giving notice of, or specifying the reasons for, a declination or termination.(b) Subsection (a) above does not apply to statements made in bad faith with malice in fact.
