§ 33-60-10

(a) The Insurance Commissioner shall propose rules for legislative approval in accordance with the provisions of 29A-3-1 et seq. of this code for the purposes of administering this article.(b) The Insurance Commissioner shall develop all forms, contracts, or other documents to be used for the purposes outlined in this article.
