(a) No director or any person acting on behalf of the authority executing any contracts, comments or agreements issued pursuant to this article shall be liable personally upon such contracts, comments or agreements or be subject to any personal liability or accountability by reason thereof; and(b) No director or any person acting on behalf of the authority shall be personally liable for damage or injury resulting from the performance of his duties hereunder.
