Alcoholic liquors shall be sold only in sealed packages, bearing such seals and labels as the commission may require.A manufacturer of liquor offered for sale in state stores and agencies shall attach to each bottle a special label bearing an accurate description of the contents of the bottle in such form and detail as the commission may require.
