(a) The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 27, 2023, authorized under the authority of 15-2-6 of this code, relating to the West Virginia State Police (West Virginia State Police member grievance procedures, 81 CSR 08), is authorized.(b) The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 27, 2023, authorized under the authority of 17C-16-4 of this code, modified by the West Virginia State Police to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on September 26, 2023, relating to the West Virginia State Police (motor vehicle inspections, 81 CSR 19), is authorized.
