The legislative rule filed in the State Register on June 9, 2023, authorized under the authority of 30-25-6 of this code, relating to the West Virginia Nursing Home Administrators Licensing Board (nursing home administrators, 21 CSR 01), is authorized with the following amendment: On page 13, by adding a new paragraph 6.2.a.3.G., to read as follows:'6.2.a.3.G Failure to cooperate with OHFLAC or the designated Medicare Beneficiary and Family Centered Care Quality Improvement Organization is grounds for disciplinary action and further review by the Board.' And,By renumbering the remaining paragraphs.
