(a) The legislative rule filed in the State Register on August 1, 2023, authorized under the authority of 30-7-4 of this code, modified by the West Virginia Board of Registered Nurses to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on November 16, 2023, relating to the West Virginia Board of Registered Nurses (policies, standards and criteria for the evaluation, approval and national nursing accreditation of prelicensure nursing education programs, 19 CSR 01), is authorized.(b) The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 26, 2023, authorized under the authority of 30-7-4 of this code, modified by the West Virginia Board of Registered Nurses to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on November 16, 2023, relating to the West Virginia Board of Registered Nurses (requirements for registration and licensure and conduct constituting professional misconduct, 19 CSR 03), is authorized with the following amendments:On page 2, paragraph 3.1.a.4. by striking out the word 'that' and inserting in lieu thereof the word 'this';On page 3, paragraph 3.1.b.5., by , 19 CSR 03), is authorized with the following amendments:On page 2, paragraph 3.1.a.4. by striking out the word 'that' and inserting in lieu thereof the word 'this';On page 3, paragraph 3.1.b.5., by striking out the word 'state' and inserting in lieu thereof the words 'West Virginia';On page 4, paragraph 3.1.c.4., by striking out the word 'state' and inserting in lieu thereof the words 'West Virginia';And,On page 6, subdivision 6.1.e., by striking out the word 'state' and inserting in lieu thereof the words 'West Virginia';(c) The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 26, 2023, authorized under the authority of 30-7-4 of this code, relating to the West Virginia Board of Registered Nurses (advanced practice registered nurse licensure requirements, 19 CSR 07), is authorized.(d) The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 26, 2023, authorized under the authority of 30-7-4 of this code, relating to the West Virginia Board of Registered Nurses (fees for services rendered by the board, 19 CSR 12), is authorized.
