(a) The legislative rule filed in the State Register on October 6, 2023, authorized under the authority of 30-31-6 of this code, modified by the West Virginia Board of Examiners in Counseling to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on November 15, 2023, relating to the West Virginia Board of Examiners in Counseling (licensing rule, 27 CSR 01), is authorized.(b) The legislative rule filed in the State Register on October 6, 2023, authorized under the authority of 30-31-6 of this code, modified by the West Virginia Board of Examiners in Counseling to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on November 15, 2023, relating to the West Virginia Board of Examiners in Counseling (marriage and family therapist licensing rule, 27 CSR 08), is authorized.
