(a) The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 28, 2023, authorized under the authority of 3-8-8 of this code, modified by the State Election Commission to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on October 25, 2023, relating to the State Election Commission (corporate and membership organization political activity, 146 CSR 01), is authorized.(b) The legislative rule filed in the State Register on September 13, 2023, authorized under the authority of 3-1A-5 of this code, modified by the State Election Commission to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on November 17, 2023, relating to the State Election Commission (regulation of campaign finance, 146 CSR 03), is authorized.(c) The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 28, 2023, authorized under the authority of 3-1-48 of this code, modified by the State Election Commission to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on October 25, 2023, relating to the State Election Commission (application and approval process for t the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on October 25, 2023, relating to the State Election Commission (application and approval process for Secretary of State expenditures from the County Assistance Voting Equipment Fund, 146 CSR 07), is authorized.
