(a) General. – A road construction project plan adopted by order of the county commission may be amended by the county commission at any time to add one or more projects, delete one or more projects, or redesignate the order in which projects are to be completed as funds become available.(b) Procedure to amend project plan. – The procedures that apply to creation of a road construction project plan shall also apply to each proposed amendment to the adopted road construction project plan.
