101.70 Purpose. The purpose of this subchapter is to establish statewide standards and inspection procedures for the manufacture and installation of modular homes and to promote interstate uniformity in standards for modular homes by authorizing the department to enter into reciprocal agreements with other states that have equivalent standards.History: 1975 c. 405; 2007 a. 11.
