§ 103.94

103.94 Civil action by migrant workers. Any migrant worker aggrieved by a violation of ss. 103.90 to 103.97 by an employer or by a migrant labor contractor may maintain a civil action on the basis of such violation without regard to exhaustion of any administrative remedy.History: 1977 c. 17.
