13.11 Records of joint committee on finance. The joint committee on finance shall keep a complete record of all legislation referred to it, and of its proceedings thereon. At the close of the session, such record shall be transmitted to the chief clerks and deposited by them with the secretary of state. The secretary of state, upon request therefor, shall deliver any such records of previous sessions to the joint committee on finance. Records so delivered shall be returned to the secretary of state by the cochairpersons of the committee at or before the close of the session.History: 1993 a. 184.
