146.33 Blood donors. Any person who is 17 years old or older may donate blood in any voluntary and noncompensatory blood program, and any person who is 16 years old may donate blood in such a program if his or her parent or legal guardian consents to the donation.History: 1971 c. 228; 1983 a. 21; 2007 a. 103.
