16.13 Data collection. Upon the request of the midwest interstate low-level radioactive waste commission member representing the state, the department may require a generator, as defined under s. 16.11 (2) (j), to provide information necessary for the member to discharge his or her duties under s. 16.11.History: 1983 a. 393; 1995 a. 115.
