172.57 Damaging, or taking animal from, pound. Any person who willfully damages any pound maintained or supported by any town, city, village or county or wrongfully and forcibly takes, drives or releases from the pound any animal lawfully confined in the pound shall forfeit not more than $50.History: 1981 c. 285; 1997 a. 192 s. 12; Stats. 1997 s. 172.57.
