194.355 Operation under certificate, license or permit. The operation of a motor vehicle under a certificate or permit issued to a common motor carrier or under a license or permit issued to a contract motor carrier shall, during the effective life of the certificate, license or permit, be deemed to be the operation of the holder of the certificate, license or permit for all purposes related to the enforcement of this chapter and chs. 110, 341 to 349 and 351.History: 1979 c. 333 s. 5; 1981 c. 390; 1993 a. 16.
